The comprehensive and exhaustive analysis of issues involved in applying child support guidelines is extremely helpful, no matter whether the attorney is dealing with an issue that has been litigated numerous times in that attorney's jurisdiction or has never been addressed. With the growing importance of child support guidelines in the modern domestic practice, the complexity of the issues involved, and the serious financial impact that a client may suffer by improper application of the guidelines, this book fills a void.

I am new to the field of child support recovery(I work in it not a deadbeat dad) and am quite pleased with the content.I learned more in a few minutes of staring at the cover than I learned in the weeks of tax payer funded training I recieved. This job isnt really hard and I am only here until the most exalted elf lord calls me back to the mother ship. Until then I will continue to play online video games, decorate my office with cat posters and make unwanted sexual advances on the handicaped lady who cleans the office. If I get around to actually doing some work maybe this book will be of some use to me.
