Editorial Reviews

Review

'Elisa and Carol must have written this book just for us! After 14 years of marriage, our first baby recently turned our world upside down. Thankfully, this book has been helping us put everything right side up once more. Thanks, Elisa and Carol, for a terrific and timely resource.' -- Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott, 'Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts'

1.0 out of 5 stars Could this book be more religious?, October 5, 2009

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Children Change a Marriage (Paperback)
The overall content of the book isn't that bad, but the continuous references to God is annoying for someone who isn't religious. Lines such as "Make your marriage better by at the end of the day giving your problems to God" are not helpful to those of us that aren't religious. These comments by the author get worse and worse through the book to the point where I just gave up reading it.
