A lot of times I had to put this book away to digest all the evil that was done to those poor children.
This book reads like a great work of fiction, unfortunately, though, it is 100% true, and that's what makes it all the more enthralling.
Juxtaposed with Mengele's story are the stories of the few twins who survived the experiments at Auschwitz.
