As a future teacher I absolutely love this book. This book is full of activities for Physical Education at every level. This book is very informative and easy to understand. This purchase was well worth it and I plan on using it throughout my career.

I really didnt know what to expect because this is the first time I have bought a product from Amazon. Suprisingly enough, it was great! The book was in wonderful condition and only 20$ plus s&h!! If I would have bought it from the bookstore at my school I would have been out of over 150$!! GREAT BUY GREAT BOOK ;-)I will return here next semester!
