4.0 out of 5 stars The BIG PICTURE, July 5, 2000

This review is from: The Children of Mu (Paperback)
Imagine.. History making sense! In his Second book in the "Lost Continent of Mu" series, Col. Churchward vies to piece together one of the greatest mysteries this world has ever known: our own history. He tracks the eastward and westward lines of migration of great civilizations from the "Lost Continent of Mu", and examines their similarities, their downfalls, and makes a bit of sense out of the way the world now stands. The old Colonel will explain the founding, approximate dates, and determine the descendants from Atlantis to Egypt to India to North/South America to Europe, and more. He also examines the origins of the historical ancient civilizations including the ancient Greeks, Persians, Babylonians, Mayas, Egyptians, and more. Although there is a bit of racial stereotyping, it mostly serves to track down the descendants of these great civilizations, thus providing an ancient point of reference for the examination of the way these cultures have evolved through the ages. All in all, I think it is a fantastic work, whether you choose to believe it or not.
