GOOD STORY, UNLIKEABLE HEROINE,
By
This review is from: The Sins of the Children (Alison Glasby Mystery) (Hardcover)
The story is an interesting one - well written and with interesting characters but the main character, Alison Glasby, is self-centered, single minded in promoting herself as a "crime writer", not particularly interested in ethical issues and cold in exploiting those around her. I thought maybe she would have learned and grown more compassionate from her experiences in the first book but she didn't. A really unlikeable character and one I won't bother to read about again.
