Excited to beyond disappointed in 4 months
on September 15, 2014
I bought this wagon in May 2014, for my little ones (5,3 and 2). It was way more expensive than a regular folding wagon that you can find at a big box store. I bought it because of its great reviews on Amazon. I also like the design of having an umbrella and additional storage. We have used it for walks and going to the public market.
In the end of August this year, both of the front wheels came apart from the wagon at the welding junction when the wagon was used on concrete road with four months sitting inside. Until then I learned that you only have 30 days to return this item and the wagon has a 90 day limited warranty. The seller said there is nothing they can do for it. Paying $140 on a wagon, I would expect a better customer service.
Over all, I think the design of this wagon is great, the quality is not too bad, but definitely not solid 5-star, and the customer service is not that great. Next time, I would choose to buy a $60 folding wagon from a big box store, who has better customer service, rather than paying $140 for this wagon.
