About the Author

Marcia Porch has culinary certificates from Ecole de Gastronomie Francaise Ritz-Escoffier in Paris as well as Peter Kump's School of Culinary Arts in New York. She has been the children's cooking class instructor for Williams-Sonoma in Winter Park, Florida for the past 10 years.
