I purchased this book for my granddaughter for Christmas as she wants to become a cake decorator. When this "NEW" book arrived, it was clearly a USED book!!! The dust cover was badly damaged, there was a spot with dirty adhesive which was from a price tag or label being pulled off, and the pages inside were also in used condition and not even gently used!!! I have 10yr old cookbooks in better shape than this!!! The content seemed to be good, but this looked like a garage sale or flea market item at a new price. I will never buy from this seller again as this was definatly a misrepresented item!!!
