5.0 out of 5 stars Teaches true values in life June 8, 2013

I have a little daughter and after reading this story to her, she said she understood why her newborn baby brother cries so much, and if she could participate in taking care of him, so that he knows he's loved and protected... This brought tears to my eyes, and I have this book to thank for. An absolute must for every parent who wants to teach his kids true values in life!

5.0 out of 5 stars "Pure Joyful Tale........That Rhymes"......... August 10, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This is an excellent creative children's story about mother nature..Illustrations are adorable, big, bright and colorful..The entire story rhymes which has been shown to help speech patterns and make children laugh when you repeat them over again...This children's book really teaches two things..One, is what it is like having new born baby added to the family with a toddler already..Which is probably wondering why Mom and Dad are spending alot of time with a crying baby who needs frequent diaper changes, so on..May be feeling a little left out or just fascinated with their new sister or brother..For older children it teaches them about changes of seasons, why there are natural sounds of thunder and lightening which may cause fears....

Mother Lightening and Father Thunder have a new born, "Little Blue Cloud" that arrives in the middle of summer and can't start cying yet because he will cause to much rain for this season..Summer is always sunny, bright and happy...So, they place a diaper on "Little Blue Cloud" to catch his tears..Will "Little Blue Cloud" be ready to cry when the seasons change and fall comes around...

I highly recommend this pure joyful tale for all children ages 3-6 yrs old...

3.0 out of 5 stars Ok story September 16, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
My grand kids didn't sit still or this one. The 4 year old who loves to have books read to her and is starting to read herself didn't even sit still. She was picking out the next book to read before I was done with this one. She did like the pictures, it was an ok story, maybe just a little hard for kids to follow.

5.0 out of 5 stars My nephew loves this book July 26, 2013

Format:Kindle Edition
I bought this book for my cute nephew, and he loves it! He already learned parts of the story by heart, and keeps asking me to read it to him over and over again! My little nephew also quickly became very attached to Little Blue Cloud's character that is portrayed in the pictures inside.

This book is so full of love that it's exceptionally hard not to fall in love with the little cloud and his parents! Such a gentle story of love and caring, and of teaching values. I loved the book and its message! So touching and sweet, highly recommended, and watch out, it might become a family favorite!
