About the Author
Joyce Denham has a growing reputation as an author. She wrote Stories of the Saints, also from Lion. Several prayers in the Celtic tradition have been published in A Child's Book of Celtic Prayers. Helen Cann has been working as an illustrator for a number of years, increasingly specializing in children's books. For Lion she has illustrated Who Laid the Cornerstone of the World, The Lion Bible for Children andSaint Nicholas.

We bought this online for our daughter and it is even more beautiful than we thought. Wonderful collection of prayer and delicate drawings. Our daughter loves to have us read this book out loud to her before bed. A perfect addition for our family. Highly recommend this book!
