About the Author
Jenni Fleetwood is the author of a number of cookbooks and is also an established cookery editor. A keen traveller, she likes nothing more than visiting other countries and seeking out - and sampling - the local cuisine. Jenni lives with her family in Suffolk and is very accustomed to rustling up something quick and delicious for supper. When not wearing her apron, she works as a storyteller and writes children's books. I just love this book. For the avid chili lover..this is it!! All chilis described, how to use them, different sauces, salsas, recipes. I've done most and they're brilliant. Highly recommend this to anyone. In fact I have bought a couple for friends who wanted it after looking at mine. If you love chili..this is a must. Enjoy!! (Watch out though, some of the recipes are REALLY hot!)
