I just love this book. For the avid chili lover..this is it!! All chilis described, how to use them, different sauces, salsas, recipes. I've done most and they're brilliant. Highly recommend this to anyone. In fact I have bought a couple for friends who wanted it after looking at mine. If you love chili..this is a must. Enjoy!! (Watch out though, some of the recipes are REALLY hot!)

The Chili Lover's Cookbook is the best I've seen for all-around, all-ethnic ways to use all kinds of chilis. I can't seem to make the recipes fast enough to taste them all!
