Product Description

This is a 35-Light Chili Pepper Light String with red chilies. It has an overall length of 16' 7", with a 5" spacing between each bulb. Each set is UL listed and can be used indoors or outdoors. The Chilies are made of a rubber / latex material so they will not break and can easily be removed or replaced with the same color chilies or different color ones. Although mainly for Christmas, these lights can also be used in other party themes, such as Western, Southwest, Mardi Gras, Cowboy and Cinco de Mayo.

The price was good. The look was excellent. The wiring was fine but the Sun faded them before three months went by! Now we have clear peppers hanging until we can find some with UV resistance. It's a shame because I really liked the color and shape of these.

These chili lights aren't quite as nice as an earlier set I had; they were bought many, many years ago at Fiorucci's. This set of lights is more orange-red than true red. Even so, I am pleased. They lay nicely and are easy to string. They give me just the festive look I wanted.

The lights are well made. They are hung outside and have just survived a snow storm and very cold weather -6. They look pretty cool and my neighbors love them.
