This C.D. is excellent!! I understand that all songs were written by Merle Haggard and they are all so very good. This is the most talanted man in country music!! There is none to compare him too!!HE STANDS OUT FROM THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to be honest , I like this album by Merle but it's not one of my favorites . To me , it was as if Merle was just tryin' to put an album together quickly and get it out there for us . He does have some songs such as " The Chill Factor " , " Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Star " - ( although he'd been performing this song since 1983 ! ) , " We Never Touch At All " , and " Thanking the Good Lord ) . The rest of the songs are just ' fillers ' for an album that could've been wonderfulbut the idea was lost somewhere . I still love ya Hag , but I didn't get this album . 4 out of 5. |
