OK -- so its not going to win an oscar. Its corney, predictable and the effects are low tech. In spite of all that I like it. The actors are good (considering the script), the sound track is very good (though you won't find any chartbusters on it)and there is a load of subtle as well as in-your-face slap stick comedy. Seeing it once will not be enough to pick up on all the little touches in this movie. Overall its a great movie when you want something relaxing, simple and funny.

You have to watch this movie for what it is....the punch
lines are silly and the acting is over done, but it is entertaining in it's own way. The scenery is worth watching the movie and the dogs are wonderful!!!!! Don't take life too serious and certainly don't judge this movie too serious!!!!

Some slapstick, some comedy, some tragedy, some romance. Simple and entertaining. Its potential was not realized but it beats some mindless sitcom (or reality show) on TV.
