DO WOP AT IT'S BEST! CLASSIC STUFF!, November 1, 2002

THE CHIMES WERE ONE OF THE BEST DO WOP GROUPS OF THEIR TIME.THEY (LIKE THE DUPREES)WOULD TAKE CLASSIC STANDARD BALADS AND INCORPORATE THEM INTO DO WOP HITS!AN EXAMPLE WOULD BE THEIR CLASSIC "ONCE IN A WHILE" AND OF COURSE THE BEAUTIFUL "I'M IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE".THIS WAS THE RTHYM AND BLUES WE WERE DANCING TO IN THE 50'S AND 60'S.THIS C.D. IS GREAT BECAUSE IT ALSO FEATURES ANOTHER GREAT GROUP KNOWN AS "THE VIDELS".THIS WAS A TIME WHEN WE WORE OUR HAIR IN A POMPADOUR, LONG SIDEBURNS,PREACHER COATS WITH A BLACK TIE, WHEN GIRLS ACTED TOTALLY FEMININE AND WE ENJOYED DANCING REAL SLOW.SO WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT?BUY THIS C.D. IT'S REALLY GOOD.
