The "Burgundy of Tea", is a superb bouquet, Keemun obtains a highly distinctive aroma from a subvariety of the tea plant found only in the north Chinese Anhui province. The Chinese describe the complex and unique aroma of this naturally sweet tea as orchidlike, some compare it to ripe fruit, and others speak of baked bread coming fresh out of the oven.
