1.0 out of 5 stars Highly Religious Content, February 10, 2004

This review is from: China Tapestry: Bindings of the Heart/A Length of Silk/The Golden Cord/The Crimson Brocade (Inspirational Romance Collection) (Paperback)
The book is a surprise read- I thought it was a romance book, and to some extent, it is. There are four separate stories that take place in China at different times (18th - 21st centuries). In each story, the heroine must overcome some problem (marriage/family/love) using Christian principles. Kind of a "what would Jesus do?" book.

The stories are uplifting to Christians. Perhaps meant to explain Christianity and it's rules for those who aren't. It definitely seemed to be directed to prospective converts.

The synopsis on the back of the book did not give any information as to it's contents.
