I did not know how personal and cheap an issue is health care until I read this great book! It is all a matter of lifestyle you choose. This book teach us the optimal lifestyle to follow, at no cost and pain, that will lead us to optimal health. Moreover, it teaches us how to take care of our health problems ourselves --all in natural way, at no cost and pain.
