Not for the Amature...,

I got this book to learn more about Oriental cloisonne, but found it to be a serious, and ponderous book, even though I have two degrees in Art. Lots of infor, but very technical, so not for amatures for sure. Most illiustrations are B&W, and I prefer color. Also not as much details on the various types as I had hoped, such as Plique a Jour & Champleve, which I wanted to know more about. (I recommend the Chu book if you are just starting out... lots of pix and illistrations in it.)
