I bought two pairs of these shoes in black satin and ivory satin. I needed the black pair to go with a black bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was in and I bought the ivory satin pair for my own wedding. These are almost 5 inches high but they don't feel that way because the front of the shoes have about 1 1/4" of a platform as well. I am barely 5'3 and I could not have the hem of my wedding dress altered (too much beading & scalloped lace detail), so I was estatic to find a pair of shoes that gave me almost 5 inches in height and were also very comfortable and pretty. I regularly wear platform shoes and boots so I find them very easy to walk in -- or even run in for that matter. FYI - platform shoes usually provide more shock absorbency, which is why I find them comfortable. If you can't walk in platform shoes without tripping or falling -- then definitely don't get these.

This shoe is perfect. I am getting married in October and wanted a tall high heel to wear. The ivory is a perfect match with my dress and the heel hight is very sexy. Very comfortable for a high heel. LOVE IT!

Bought these to go with my wedding dress. Not only are they awesome looking but they are comfortable.

I purchased the ivory pair to go with my wedding dress...these shoes are absolutely perfect...they are comfortable and look great with my dress...I also purchased the taupe pair...I really love these shoes...the color was a little lighter than what is pictured but I'm keeping them anyway...

The shoes are beautiful. I got them in black and they make me super tall. I am petite so I like that. They don't hurt my feet and are really soft. I am sure if I wore them all day my feet will be tired but I don't really care since I got them for the height not comfort.

I was very pleased with this purchase: the shoes are gorgeous, true to size, and precisely the shade of ivory shown in the photos (the other colors are so gorgeous, too!). Comfortable, sexy pumps, perfect for party dresses. The only downside is that the feet slide to the front very easily and this looks quite unpretty. One definitely needs some anti-slip insets.

These shoes are nothing short of amazing. They are perfectly designed so that the weight is distributed mostly to the ball of the foot, easing heel and back pain after wearing. For women who are not used to this, walking in these heels may take some getting used to, as you sometimes will feel as if you are going to fall forward, but a little practice is worth the extra comfort. I bought these in the brown color to go with a dress for my college graduation, and they are so gorgeous! The satin is soft and smooth, and prevents blisters from a tough material rubbing on your foot. I recommend these to anyone who wants comfortable, stylish, well-designed heels for any occassion.

I bought these shoes for my wedding (ivory) and LOVE them. They add a lot of height for short people like me, but are extremely comfortable for a heel. Also, they are incredibly cute with a great material. I highly recommend them.

This sandal is perfect! The construction of the shoe is sturdy. The platform and the heel shape makes it an easy shoe to wear. And the color. . . wonderful. The color is a perfect jewel tone blue. Very playful and fun. I suggest getting this one in as many colors as you can afford because this shoe is classic.

Very cute to look at, but they are not good for wider feet. Im an 8.5 so I dont have very large feet, but I do have a bone on the outside that sticks out and looks a little funny and it makes them uncomforatble. If you have problems with finding shoes Id try this one in the store first.
