you follow the instructions on the label (best if you catch cold in the beginning) - and you never get a cold and all the symptoms - just vanished.
And if you use it not in the very beginning it works nice too - actually very nice, it can help you tru the cold season without catching one. Very pleased, would buy again and again. Much better then any medicine.

I love this tea, it's a staple in our household and we give it to anyone/everyone we encounter that has signs of a cold. It tastes great to me and I don't use any sugar or anything in it.
I can feel it helping my symptoms if I am sick, I reuse the same bag 2 - 3 times. It helps with the congestion but don't drink too much or your nose will feel all dried up (that's from experience). It's a great tea, highly recommend it if you want something natural to take while you're not feeling well. |
