Product Description
The tray tea pot and cups of this miniature set are all decorated with many Chinese symbols for good luck. There are plum blossoms for longevity, ribbon tailed birds for happiness, coins and fruits for prosperity, vases for peace and bats for good fortune. Bats are often used in Chinese art because the words for fortune and bat are both pronounced - Fu - with slightly different inflections. The set is porcelain and entirely painted by hand. It is not intended for food use and makes a great gift for collectors of curios or miniature porcelains. Given as a gift the set makes a wish for abundant good fortune for the recipient.

I have to say I loved the size of the tea set.. its small.. but very adorable.. The painting on the tray really caught my eye, it just gets your attention that easy. I bought this gift for my mom on a Valentines day and she lovedd it!
