I would have liked the dolls to be a bit larger, they are about five and a half inches tall. Several of the 32 outfits represent costumes worn in different areas of China for the Chinese New Year festivals. I laminated the dolls on to a folder, and cut off all of the tabs before laminating the clothing. This way the costumes are sturdy, and can be easily velcro'd on and off by young children. I've done this with several paper dolls and the children in my class LOVE them. (Amazon has several boy and girl dolls that can be used in teaching about other cultures!)
