Here is a very thorough and easy-to-reference introduction to Chinese Holistic Herbal Diagnosis, dietetics and related physiotherapies - healing arts practiced in the west, but an area where resource materials in English are all too scarce. Drs. Michael and Lesley Tierra present here an introduction to this healing modality, along with sections on Diagnosis and Treatment, and one indispensable section on Formulas (Planetary, Ayurvedia, Chinese, Tonic Foods). This self-published book is a bit hard to come by, yet it is a solid, responsible, and enlightened contribution to whole-person healing. Highly recommended.
