A lot of cookbooks with tons of recipes end up skimping on the full color photographs. Not this one. It has recipes from many different Chinese cultures outside of China as well as in China. I can't recommend this cookbook highly enough.

I've grown up in an Italian household with ton's of access to Mediterranean cuisine. I wanted to try a different cuisine and picked up this book. The book is very well laid out with a receipe on each page. Full color photos and simple clear directions. I've made about 10 dishes starting with simple egg fried rice. Everyone who's come over for dinner has loved what I made. Totally recommend this book!
