Within 30 seconds after receiving this cup the handle broke. The design requires the top of the handle to receive all the stress, and when we held the cup by the handle and removed the cap, the handle broke off. I guess we could try to glue the handle back on but decided to have the company replace it. Either the design is totally inadequate or it was weakened during shipment. I believe that even if it was damaged during shipment, the design is totally inadequate, and have requested that our payment be refunded. NOW...the second problem: we have been trying to get the company to send us a return form without any success. They continue to acknowledge that they have received our request to return the item, and promise to follow through, but still they have not sent the return form and label. This was a small purchase, but troublesome.
