Love this little book
I'm the type that likes unique and this book is it. I do make the chips, they taste great and I've gotten rave reviews on them every time I make them, they don't take that long and it makes things different and special. Pita chips are my fav. I love this book! There are dips that are: bean, cheese, seafood or veggie. Then there are chips that are: bagel, tortilla, pita or...

The book was just ok.
The book didn't have as many good idea's as I expected. The pita, eggplant and chips were interesting, but otherwise there were only a few of the idea's I would actually use.

Knock Your Socks Off Dips!!, June 8, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Chips and Dips (Hardcover)
My mother let me borrow her copy of this little gem-of-a-book for a party I was having, and I must say, the results were fantastic. I think I could eat the Green Goddess Dip every day for the rest of my life. There are lots of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean style dips that I haven't tried but look very yummy. The "chips" part of the book is a little worhtless (I mean who actually makes their own corn chips, etc. these days?), but the dips are super! I could not imagine having another party without this little number, and so I am even buying my own copy. Enjoy!

Really, who makes there own chips, when a trip to trader joe's can produce many of these in the book. The dips were ok, but I found some of these in other books.
