I love this show. It was always fun to see if what they thought something was worth was what it actually sold for.

Found this first series on Netflix and so happy to do so. Being a huge movie fan I'm always interested in seeing programs about the movies and it's memorabilia. This program covers all the bases and seems
I can't quite get enough. Have watched fifteen episodes in a row as of now and just discovered that there are a total of twenty five for the first season only. Great show. Highly recommend it to everyone whether you're a movie fan or not. Movie history is also covered extensively during this program and can't wait for season two. I also love the authenticity of every product they auction. Only wonder what the auction fee is for each product offered for auction. They never say but I'm sure they can't be doing this without a profit to cover their overhead and personnel. If anyone knows, please share. Thank You.

I really love this fun show as it reminds me of my childhood and brings back happy feelings which we all need once in a while.

The people on it are nice to each other, have fun, and aren't self centered or obnoxious to one another like so many reality shows.

The New York episode with those Peter and Jim guys was the best. I mean Gizmo, Rudolph, Johnny 5, the Superman comic, Hellraiser box, and all that other cool stuff was fun to see.

With Pawn Stars being so big, there's been a lot of specialty auction/pawn/picker type of productions out there. The niche of this particular series is that the people are in search of authentic Hollywood movie/television memorabilia that they will end up auctioning for the owner (at a commission, of course).

The plus side of this particular series is that the items they find are very specific to the TV/Movie industry and not random objects. And they typically try to find items in the same genre or that have some relationship which will draw the same type of bidders.

The owner is likable; as are his employees. The items they find are very high ticket and fascinating collectibles that have a universality of interest (not just specific collectors such as Pez or guns).

In all a quick but entertaining series just to see what the props look like outside of their cinematic presentation.

I'm proud to have been a subject on this show which documents my Planet of the Apes memorabilia collection of movie props, costumes, and other items. I hope everybody enjoys this episode of Hollywood Treasure titled "Joe's Judgement Day" and appreciates the iconic Lawgiver statue featured in this Planet of the Apes segment. The Lawgiver statue has had many celebrities stand next to it for a photo opportunity.
