These guys are great, they have talent, write good lyrics, and are funny too! These guys are able to prove that Canada still kicks a$s! If you enjoy well-played punk rock thats not too hard but not too light, then buy the Chixdiggit CD! The newer one is lighter, by the way. Its still good though.

They've been called bubble-gum punk, frat-boy punk, pop-punk - but whatever label you try to stick on 'em, Chixdiggit! (self-titled) is, by far, one of the most consistently FUN and rocking-est punk cd's ever! Each and every song, from Dolphins Love Kids to Just Like Gerry Cheevers - fully ROCKS!

Call it pop, punk, pop-punk, call it anything you want, a rose by any other name would be hardpressed to smell as sweet as this CD sounds. Chixdiggit is a marvelous band. Their songs are imaginative and well written, the music is lound and high-speed, and I would reccommend this to anyone. My favorite is "(I Feel Like) (Gerry) Cheevers (Stitchmarks On My Heart)," about former Boston Bruins goaltender Gerry Cheevers. This CD is worth it for this song alone.

Wow. Good punky cd. chixdiggit rules. i first heard them on the radio a couple of years ago. i bought the cd. i loved it. check out "where's your mom". that's the BEST!! where else are you gonna find a song with lyrics talking about this person's mom, talking about how she flew him to vegas and played bridge with her friends naked and dressed him up like a little kid. good writing. if you buy this, you're spending $12 wisely.

I hadn't listened to any new punky stuff for about 9 years before I heard this. Fresh, Ramones-ey, fast, fun. This has been in the car for the last month, and it was the sound track for Christmas and New Year. Excellent!! Nice tunes, played fast, good songs.
