5.0 out of 5 stars chocolate, an addiction, June 15, 2008
This review is from: Chocolate Conspiracy (Cole's Cooking Companion Series) (Paperback)
This book is great! I have made a number of these recipes and they have all been huge hits. The "Pots de Creme Presto" took no time to make and were stunning. The "sour cream - chocolate drop cookies" are a new favorite in our house and while they say that you can store the "grasshopper sandwiches" (like mint it's-it's) for up to two months I don't think we will ever find out if it's true.
There are a variety of items you could make based on you time and talent. Most are easy enough for my 3yr. old to make with minimal help. Some take a little more involvement. The pictures will make you drool so it's nice that there's an "instant gratification" section. Over all this has become a new favorite - and that's a tough spot to get to on my cookbook shelf.
