About the Author

Tilda Norberg, a United Methodist minister, is the founder of Gestalt Pastoral Care. After receiving her theological education at Union Theological Seminary, she completed further training at the Gestalt Institute of Princeton. Norberg is also a graduate of The Gestalt Institute of Canada and the Lomi School in San Francisco.

Tilda Norberg has written another outstanding book that leads us to emotional healing and spiritual growth. This is a wonderful invitation to explore dream code so we can see what our subconscious and the divine are trying to say to us as we dream. Unlike other authors who claim that there is a universal dream code that is unchanging from person to person, Norberg demonstrates how each one of us has our own dream code that we can learn to interpret. Building on Gestalt ideas that each aspect of a dream is a part of ourselves, she shows how we can enter into objects and people to give them a voice. And what rich surprises these voices provide!

She follows up these surprises by demonstrating how to invite the divine presence into these dreams to heal wounds that may have festered for decades, or to powerfully link us to loved ones who have died.

For anyone interested in exploring their dreams and the emotional and spiritual depths they can reveal, this is a superb addition to your Norberg library.
