At the 2006 NY Chocolate Show I sampled so many different chocolates that it became overwhelming. I sampled several of the varieties offered by Newtree and picked up a fullsized Rejoice Bar for another time. I chose it initially because it was a unique product. When I opened the bar at home several months later I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy the creamy quality as well as the unusual flavor/texture combination. WOULD MAKE A GREAT WEDDING FAVOR!
