5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent first album, August 17, 2000

This review is from: Choirboys (Audio CD)
Brilliant raw album. Hard rock like early ACDC. Later albums were better produced but didn't capture Mark Gables voice before his throat problems. Really worth buying

5.0 out of 5 stars Cheap Trick fans get this album, March 24, 2007

If you are (were) a fan of Cheap Trick, you will love this album (if you can find it). Very much in the vein of CT's first album and the harder rocking songs on later albums.

5.0 out of 5 stars where's brad carr, November 4, 2004
This review is from: Choirboys (Audio CD)

i bought this release on album back in 1983 and thought it was awesome, so when cd's came out i finally tracked it down under (australia) a few years ago, the songs still hold up today, i just wanna know what happened to ''brad carr'' the guitarist and co-writer on this album. he played brilliantly and i don't think he was on another choirboys release afterward. ''WHAT A SHAME'.........though he may have played a bit part on ''big bad noise'' i'd let you know for sure but, i'm to lazy to dig through my collection to verify. this cd is definately worth buying.....................
