This book was incredibly interesting. It was the first book that told the truth about cholesterol. Everyone who is worried about cholesterol should read this book. It will make you feel a lot better if you know that 80% of the people who have heart attacks have a low cholesterol level(JAMA1964).

Wow, what a book. I read all about the lies and this book is excellent. I am so glad to find out the truth. It shows that we are being duped by doctors and the drug industry. This book is very convincing. Kudos to the writer. He probably has a contract on him now.

Note that other than this review giving it 3 stars, all other reviews thus far have given it either 5, or 1 star and nothing in between whatsoever! What does that dichotomy of opinion tell you? Could it be that we just don't have enough knowledge and exact science accumulated on this subject? You can't go wrong either way writing a book about Cholesterol. I can do it with my degree in Astronomy, and so can you.
However, I'm still going to monitor my Cholesterol level and live my life in moderation. Perhaps that is the real cure, or perhaps that too will make no difference at all. I take my chances on that one and purchase one of these machines from Amazon. And thank you Amazon for showing this book right next to other products. That is very honest. I, as a consumer, will make my own decision.

The credentials of the author are that he is an authority on the finacial markets and a stock broker. Hello? How much credence would he put into a book on the financial markets written by a heart surgeon? Is he still alive I wonder? Many of his sources are questionable and many are from tests in the 70's from which we have progressed a bit.

This book is total self-propogating hogwash. Garbage. Save your money, and your life, avoid this book like a big mac.
