This choline supplement is 100 % natural choline bound to tartaric acid, making it easier to absorb. Chloline contains no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Read a lot of reviews saying that this supplement can help induce lucid-dreaming. Took as directed, and guess what? Nothing happened. No Lucid Dreams, and actually had a far worse time just remembering my dreams. At least no side effects... Total waste of Money.
