So many self-help books do nothing but discuss general concepts and theories. This book gave me the tools I need to take specific steps toward a happier life. I'm not going to tell you that the sun came out, the birds started singing and I never had another problem again - but I will say that before I read this book, I never considered myself a very happy person...

This book has 28 pages of actual reading and the rest of the book is filled with a two page form for each of the 90 days you're expected to fill it out. I feel like I've been duped out of my money for this book.

So many self-help books do nothing but discuss general concepts and theories. This book gave me the tools I need to take specific steps toward a happier life. At work, as a manager, I used to focus on the negative things people were doing, after this book I focus on the things people are doing right. It has made a difference for me, but more importantly for my employees. This book is a hidden treasure.

Choose The Happiness Habit was an excellent read for me. I read a lot of self-help books, but this one is a great source of inspiration AND a wonderful resource for positive actions that reinforce happiness. It's one book I keep coming back to again and again for advice and inspiration.

"This book offers a solution to what I think are two of the major causes of unhappines in people today: the lack of having had positive role models while they were growing up, and living in a society that values competition, physical beauty, and monetary gain over personal and spiritual growth.
