I have used this book and it's sample questions for help in hiring staff. I have also given copies to colleagues to help them in selecting qualified staff. In using the sample questions, one candidate remarked that the interview questions were pretty challenging!! So it definitely provoked some thought on the part of the candidates!!!

Even though this book was written from the point of view of HR or the hiring manager, it offers valuable insight to job seekers, especially those looking for leadership positions. The book will educate job seekers on what a company looks for in a candidate and why behavioral interviews are effective. A good book to have in your professional development library.
