This is an excellent book for a church that is looking for a new pastor. Good advice is given for determining what the church's vision is and who best can lead the church toward that vision. Oddly enough, this books makes the case that Jesus is unfit to lead any local church much less the Church Universal and catholic, much less being the Lord of the Universe. Let's face it Jesus is not qualified in terms of education, experience, or perfomance. (Most churches require a master's degree and/or a track record of success. Jesus has neither.)
