Richard Yates"previous collection, "Chopin for Acoustic Guitar" was amazing, and this second collection, "Chopin for Guitar" is just as good. Yates makes even very difficult pieces quite playable on the guitar, and still captures the richness and power of Chopin's pieces. Yates' transcriptions are quite simply superb.

This is a very good book for guys that like Chopin and play guitar in an intermediate level. Although some songs are quite difficult, with some effort, I believe that intermediate level guitars are able to play all the songs. Some songs of this volume are: Valse Op 69 No 1, Valse Op 64 No 2, Nocturne Op 9 No 1, Etude Op. 10 No 3 and Grande Valse Brilliante Op. 18.
