This thing is great! Bought two of them and just placed an order for 4 more. The kids love it, folds into a relatively small motor cycle toy. Sets up into a full size scooter in minutes. Looks fairly durable. Converts like something from the new Transformer movie. Great fun, low price at Amazon!!!!!!!!!!

This toy has to be for a boy that is 4 to 5 years old maybe 6 to be able to enjoy it is the right size and very realistic looking my nephew loved it he had been riding it every day the wheels look really cool and the sound it makes he really thinks he's riding a motorcycle.the right toy for the right kid and size very important.I'm glad i bought this toy all the kids on his block want to ride it.

I got this for my [...]old and he LOVES it! The sound effects are pretty cool...it make the sound of an engine starting when you twist the handle. I thought it would be bigger when it was switched to a chopper, but it is only about a foot tall in that position. For 11 dollars though, it is an awesome deal even though it is only functional as a scooter.

This is a cute scooter very durable, great price and its TRANSFORMABLE into a chopper (for looks). My kids love to show their friends what their scooter can transform into...now their friends want one too.

This is one of the highest quality scooters I have purchased to date. The bad reviews come from people who should be rating Suppository, not toys. Its easy to knock something because you don't know how to use (assemble) it. Its very hard to admit you lack the Intelligence to do the job right. This is the reason for the bad reviews.

For $12 you will be surprised of the quality and how easy it is to assemble. This scooter should be used for 4-7 yr old children. Its not made for teens by any means. Make sure when you transform from a chopper (for looks only, and it does look cool) to a scooter that you tighten the hand fasteners or they will fall off. Assembly time: 2 minutes!

Buy this, and I promise you will be happy. BTW I bought 8, all of them are still working great and being used everyday.

This is the 2nd time I'm writting a product review on this item (I don't know why Amazon.com never posted the 1st one). Anyways, as I mentioned on my 1st review, my sister's husband pressed the button that allows the switching from chopper to scooter mode (it's necessary, as the chopper really is just for decorational purposes only... can't be played with or sat on, a/p my sister). The button got "stuck", won't come out at all, so now the item won't remain/stay/lock in any of the modes (either chopper or scooter). My nephew was truly disappointed! So, my sister is going to ask for a refund. Thus, the subject title for this review says it all...

I just bought this toy for my 4 year old son and he loves it. The fact that it transforms from a motorcycle to a scooter with the sounds is a plus. With the recent transformers movie out he feels as if he has his own transformer. It only takes about 5 minutes to transform and even less once you get the hang of it. I bought the item when it was only $[...] and would have bought 3 if I had known how adorable it is. Great for fans of transformers and the fact it is Hot Wheels is a plus.

Though my son is too young to use this yet (only 2), I thought I'd give my thoughts on what I think so far. I thought this might be big enough for him to sit on in chopper mode, but it isn't. I should have paid more heed to the review that said it's only about a foot high. Plus, sitting on the seat happens to engage the rear brake in this mode, making it virtually impossible to push if seated. Regardless, for the price ($12), this appears to be fairly well constructed and easy to convert, once you figure out which buttons to push, levers to turn, and pieces to extend. With a few minutes of practice, I could probably convert modes in close to a minute -- though I'd expect a child to take longer. I'll probably just hold onto this as a gift for my boy in another year or so. Once old enough to use it as a scooter, I think he'll really like it.

i was worried at forst that this toy would be a waste after reading the other reviews but now i am glad i bought it
my three older kids 2,5,7 all love this the scooter is big enough for them to ride it is actually alot like the razor scooter when fully assembled i dont know how people are saying its small because even i was able to ride it
and when its assembled as a chopper its more for looks not for riding
so yes i highly reccomend this and i will be buying another

I am very upset with the product I received. I ordered this as a Christmas present for my 7 year-old son. The pictures shown and description made the scooter seem very cool. The picture made it look like a bicycle and it would turn into a scooter. When I got the scooter and my fiance' put it together I was extremely angry with what I saw. It was nothing like the picture showed. My son is way too tall for this toy. We still have it sitting at home collecting dust. We are not rich people and we live pay check to pay check, so buying this toy was more than we could afford. But I wanted to make my son have the best Christmas I could possibly give him. I never gave him that toy, I didn't want to see the disappointed look on his face when he would try to ride it. I would love to return it with a full refund, but I'm sure I can't because it's been a while since we received it. I've been dealing with a major family illness and that's why I haven't returned it. I will not be ordering anything from your company again.
