No where on this ad does it mention that you need Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. This is an expansion pack. Not a stand alone game.

Here are the helicopters the UH-1 Huey, AH-1 Cobra, Gazelle, UH-60, AH-64 and Sea King. They are great for sightseeing.
