This four part series and the accompanying interviews are absolutely fascinating. They explain well the compilation of early texts into the Gospels we know today. The material is presented in a way that defends the authenticity of these early accounts, and their place in the Bible. It also explains why certain other "gospel accounts" are not included in scripture, and are not considered to be reliable accounts of the life of Christ, something I have always wondered about. My teenaged and college aged kids, my husband and myself, all enjoyed this engaging series. I would recommend it to any person of any age who would like to learn more about the foundations of the Christian faith. I'll be waiting for another series from Dr. Dickson!
