Bad operation practice!,

What I ordered was an rose-gold watch with rubber band, but it came out to be a gold one with bad-quality leather band. Even with the gold one, the surface of the watch has a very visible scratch on it. They are just totally different items. And it takes time to complete the return process with endless questions I have to answer. Even more, I have to spend more money and effort to return the wrong item.To my personal opinion, this is a very bad purchase experience with Amazon. My comment is "Very bad operation practice and bad management". Although it looks like a very minor problem, it could mean a big drawback and threat behind the management.
