These episodes are all from Season 6 ... which apparently is the final season. So, then, what's up with this Season 7 stuff?

4.0 out of 5 stars enjoyed but had questions December 4, 2012

I love nip/tuck and wish it hadn't had finished its season but the last two seasons really had me asking a lot of questions.
Since moving from Miami to California things really changed. What happened to the son that had surgery on his hands? He was hardly ever seen! And the girl that ended up landing a roll on 90210 that randomly disappeared.
I feared at the end the writers just werent having much thought anymore and felt like they were becoming really lazy.
This was a great show and is missed but had to be done! Makes for a great comeback though in the future...

4.0 out of 5 stars A fair end January 6, 2012
Like most TV shows, earlier seasons were much stronger, but this season will give closer to long-time fans with a neatly wrapped conclusion that spans across 7 episodes.

4.0 out of 5 stars 3.5 for Last Season, 7 March 4, 2010
This show just concluded on March 3, 2010. It definitely had seen its best days and didn't have much else to cover with its two main characters. Its a mixed season of ups and downs with some episodes being terrific and others so-so. The episode where the two surgeons go into couples therapy together is one of the funniest things ever shown on tv. Yet there are also many episodes which are just downright sappy. If you have never seen this show before, this is NOT the season to start. You would only get something out of this season if you had seen the others as "wind up" is written all over it. I'm not sorry I watched the last season but it had reached the end of what it had been doing well.

4.0 out of 5 stars Too many loose ends May 9, 2010

I absolutely loved this series but I think it lost its way somewhere. There were so many story lines that weren't followed through and the ending is too pat. BUT, it was still an incredible series and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

4.0 out of 5 stars An improvement over the weaker season 6 March 5, 2010
By Viva

This final season still left some holes and questions, but overall it is stronger than the preceding weak season.
Christian faces major trauma with Kimber, Matt continues to make the worst possible decisions, Julia finally gets a new life, Sean eventually stops being used as Christian's punching bag and gets to carve out a new life as well, and Christian and Liz make peace and form a new kind of relationship.

Some things got dropped: Why was Wilber hardly ever around? Why wasn't there more material dealing with the aftermath of Kimber? What happened to Lipo the dog? Why didn't Christian ever call up his daughter Emme? If Kimber had such a bad childhood, why didn't her mother address this? Is Julia's mother in the pokey?

4.0 out of 5 stars One of my favorite shows on TV. December 27, 2012
Format:Amazon Instant Video|Amazon Verified Purchase
Nip/Tuck really pushed the envelope, and I appreciated their earlier seasons greatly in the storytelling department. Later seasons, like the one this episode falls into, were much less shocking and the twists and affairs became rehashes of previous teases, but I guess the decadence and intrigue was still enjoyable. The "Dr. Griffin" episode was a great look into how Sean and Christian see their relationship, though I would've really loved to see that relationship completely disintegrate in the final episode.

Still, very cool episode, glad I have this downloaded on my computer so if I'm not near my DVDs, I can still watch.
