Robert M. Berchman, Ph.D. (1984) in Religious Studies, Brown University, is Professor of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Dowling College, and a senior Fellow of the Institute of Advanced Theology at Bard College. He has published on Philo of Alexandria, Origen of Alexandria, Plotinus, and Porphyry.
