A lightweight overview of the subject
I expected more out of Christies. This slim book gave a brief history of the subject and lots of pictures, but no information on how to evaluate the age or quality of the pieces. A big disappointment.

Without question the finest textbook of Staffordshire, I never leave the house without a copy. I can't believe one man could know so much. The author is a genious and should be knighted- Sir Geoffrey Stafford-Charles I honour you.
