This is my second purchase of this product. This is great support for your middle and lower back. It helps keep your back in its natural alignment. I where the clincher when doing physical activities that aggravate my back. I have tried several different supports but this is the best one because of its unique design.

If you're petite with a curvy waist, don't expect it to fit you. And if you find this out after trying it out, don't expect a refund for your return from The Therapy Connection at HPMS Inc. They just declined the refund after my return and asking to ship it back to me at my cost. This is a greedy company with aweful service and an unjust view. I filed an A-to-Z claim with Amazon and will NEVER buy from this company again. This is a Cincher, not underwear, don't let them harass you over health-hygiene reasons. If "trying on" counts for non-hygienic, then "no-returns accepted" should be posted on the article. Again, ill business practice is a huge turn off.

this back brace is excellent for low back support, but upper and mid back support is completely absent. The material used to go up your med to upper back and connecting to straps is just a thin net like material.

I bought this a few years ago for heavy lifting at a dollar store were I worked, this thing was exactly what I needed.
The design is very supportive not just for your back, but for the hips, bust and shoulders as well.
My hip pain went away after wearing it only a few days, and I still have it even though I don't work there anymore, and the brace is still in great shape after being worn all day every day for two years.
I bought mine in black because I wore it outside my clothes and didn't want to worry about the paler colors being dirty and stained.

This cincher back support gives me significantly better support than cheaper versions that I have purchased at Office Depot. The sizing was correct for me. I purchased it in black - not so bad looking if you have a black T-shirt underneath. It does not hold my upper back in correct alignment like some back supports that are made specifically to do that. I like to wear this at the computer, or if I am going to be doing any lifting. It makes my waistline more defined. The straps are easy to adjust. My only problem with it is that I have dogs that shed - cannot let them on my lap while I am wearing this because their hair sticks to the Velcro. This seems sturdy, looks as if it ought to last for several years with good care.

To bad I didn't get to try the product, it was much bigger in size than written and when I tried to return it for the correct size, the company made it impossible to exchange for correct size.

I got this for me based on the great reviews. I am a nurse at the hospital doing 12 hour shifts. Some of the reviews said you can wear this under your cloths. You can, if your cloths are 3 sizes too big. Also, you can't bend over in this, so floor nursing is out of the question while wearing this. I am going to have to get one of the more flexible braces made for men.

I gave this item 5 stars as it is a quality made product. This may work for some people but with my aching back, I found it hard to adjust properly. I purchased another one that was simpler for ne to adjust.
