This has always been a Christmas favorite in my family. My mom had a huge collection of albums (yep, ALBUMS!) so as a kid I learned to love many types of music for what each offered. This Temptations X-mas album has a soulful groove from beginning to end. From the opening vocals of 'Rudolph' to the end of the album, where the Temtations wish us all a merry X-mas in harmony. The song 'Someday at Christmas' will give you goosebumps, listen to it and relate it to recent world events. I only rated it 4 out of 5 stars because I wish it had more tracks. I'll listen to this album all year, but come X-mas, it never leaves the CD changer.

This cd was exactly what I was looking for. It contained the christmas songs that I was wanting. I love the oldies and I love the Temptations. I received this cd just in time for a very large Christmas party that was attended by mostly "seasoned" people that also related to the oldies era. It was a big hit.

It's not really Christmas until the tempts say it's christmas, a great cd, i have this and Give Love at Christmas. Anyway my favorite tracks are White Christmas, Silent Night, Someday at Christmas, Silver Bells, Christmas Song........, every song, just buy the cd

This is one of my favorited CDs. You might say that I am from old school. I love the Temptations.

Hands down my favorite Christmas album! A must-have for Temptations and classic Motown fans. It's Christmas Day and I'm groovin' to the Temps right now. No other compilation that I own comes close to the perfection of this album. The price is right, so you must buy!

You have the Godfather,The O'Jays,Donny,Stevie,Charles Brown,the Jackson 5,but for me the main staple of christmas music is The TEMPS.Their versatility,showmanship,and charisma bring the most mundane of songs to life, but with the classics on this album and Give Love At Christmas they shine even brighter if that is possible(IT IS!!!).The Temps are unique in that over the past six decades they have been able to translate music from almost all genres into an extremely soulful and mellow experience that leaves you wishing that the album or performance never ended.Their handling of the songs on this album is Absolutely Masterful.Just ask yourself if there ever was a group that could take a Christmas classic(Silent Night)and record not one,but TWO versions that sound absolutely outstanding.I dont think that enough credit is given to the 1st version that Eddie sings on this album,but the reason is that it sticks to the melody and arrangement with almost no improvisation.But the 2nd version,from the Give Love at Christmas album is vintage Temps in that you have Ron,Melvin,and Dennis doing their thing & trading lines as only the Temps can do,which makes it a radio staple at Xmas.But the original STILL ISNT TOO BAD EITHER! Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer along with Donny's This Xmas, and The Godfather's Santa Claus Comes Straight to the Ghetto and the O'Jays Xmas Just Aint Xmas are required staples in anyone's Christmas collection.

I receive the cd very promptly. The CD was in excellent condition.
I recommend ordering music from Amazon.

My used CD was next to brand new. No real blemishes that I could see. I am truly impressed.

I bought 6 of these CD's along with 6 of their Give Love for Christmas because there were some different songs on this one. It also contained Silent Night which is the most beautiful rendition of that song I have ever heard. They are Christmas gifts. Christmas isn't Christmas without the Temptations.

This continues sound great, even after all these years. I really wore out the album and the first dvd that I had.
